Academy Training Ltd were proud sponsors of Sleetmoor Girls United Under 10 Roses at the ESF26 Tournament in Skegness this weekend — and what an incredible experience it was to be part of.

Our girls finished 3rd in the Under 10 category. Third. Out of teams from across the country. 🎖️

But the result isn’t even the best bit.

The best bit was watching a group of young girls walk onto that pitch with their chests out, play their hearts out, and walk off it with their heads held even higher. 👏

And then there was Eleanor. ✨

Eleanor won the Magic Moment Award — an individual honour picked out from an entire tournament of incredible young players. A moment we will not forget in a hurry. Congratulations Eleanor. Absolutely deserved. 🎉

Grassroots girls’ football is one of the most empowering environments there is — and we are proud to play our part in supporting it.

We believe in developing people at every stage of their journey — whether that is a payroll professional gaining a nationally recognised qualification or a young girl discovering what she is capable of on a football pitch.
